Inconvénients

Very competitive environment. Not a company for someone who wants to come to work do the minimum and go home. Some good employees get looked over for advancement because they don't have a four year degree

Inconvénients

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
