      * Paid vacation/public holidays aren't great compared to other tech companies * There seems to be a lack of training with some managers in regards to FMLA and their obligations. Big disparity between teams how they handle this stuff.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
