      Super smart people, great campus, good extracurricular activities/speakers, lots of ownership, always learning, easy to switch teams

      Inconvénients

      Hard to get promoted/advance your career, not a lot of women in leadership roles, work/life balance can be really difficult depending on your team, the risk of getting a bad manager, too many meetings, too much process

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
