The more senior the role, the more compensation relies on stock, which is great right now. HR processes continue to be improved. For example, the performance review and promotion processes were streamlined substantially.
Inconvénients
The pace is fast. Teams and people generally have more work/opportunities than they can handle, so everyone needs to prioritize. When living in Seattle, house prices and traffic can be issues.
