      Avantages

      There is overtime pay. There is voluntary time off. Seasonal employees receive a small bonus. Full time schedules are optional.

      Inconvénients

      Procedures change often. Preferred metrics are challenging to maintain. There is quite a bit of miscommunication from leadership, as well as Human Resources. Voluntary Time Off is offered, but can affect your metrics if you take too much.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
