      Great place to build software - engineers are given a lot of space to find the right way to solve problems.

      The holidays are overly busy and instead of being able to relax and enjoy some time off - the place is hectic.

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
