      Avantages

      Amazon is no joke. You work very hard, and occasionally you play hard too. Their are some great Directors and VPs who really want to see their teams succeed.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of young and inexperienced middle managers that may only be managing because they want to be promoted.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
