Millions of managers and no one knows what theyre doing or cares. If you care about something Amazon will make sure to beat it out of you. Blame passed and no solutions. Metrics over everything vs. Real world results. If it looks good on an excel sheet thats all that matters. If youre petty, rude and dont care, youll move up quickly!

Inconvénients

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
