      Avantages

      Pay and benefits are better than others if you spend 5 minutes extra , u will be paid for it

      Inconvénients

      Management if biased and threatened employees if you wanna save ur job just keep ur mouth shut and work , injuries are way more than others , you have to pay 1500-2000 $ to get job in amazon , pressuring you to do more productivity which is a way more than average

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
