Dave is easily the coolest CEO I've ever encountered, and he is extremely invested in providing his employees every resource they need to succeed. The rest of upper management does a great job of this as well, while also not "micro-managing". - The office is extremely collaborative and team-driven. We all share a common goal, to help our clients, and we all work to achieve that goal together. - While I can't speak for an earlier review (I wasn't around) the current management really makes strives to provide you with a career path. They do everything they can to get you involved in other projects and allow you to keep learning and growing.

- Really no notable downsides. Sometimes the snacks run out. Those are tough days indeed.
