      Avantages

      I loved my most of my on-site coworkers

      Inconvénients

      Upper management was not supportiveto real issues. It was a cluster. "We need more kids" (yes, that was a quote meant for obtaining insurance money from each kid serviced). When needs/ problems were brought up to by addressed by on-site staff, they were ignored. This mainly applied to safety.

      👉🏼Currently, 7 to 10 days of PTO 👉🏼Currently, PTO can only utilized in 4 and 8-hour increments per day 👉🏼 Currently, health insurance is an individual plan. Premiums range from $400 to $800 and up with employer contribution of $225. 👉🏼Clique culture 👉🏼 Inconsistent supervision 👉🏼 There is so much more that could be added here.
