      Avantages

      Nothing actually. Subject is self clarifying

      Inconvénients

      Bad & unqualified Management. They follow and do only what japanese HQ requests, and afraid even to say own opinion . Totally old style working attitude. Very difficult to communicate with japanese employees, most don't speak english. Japan HQ ignores geman offices. Engineering tools are chaotic. Bad or undefined processes. People work by feelings.

      Great benefits and they treat their employees very well. They value their employees and provide them with great benefits and and a great facility.

      Was part of a startup team within Alpine that only lasted about a year.
