My experience at this company was largely disappointing due to what I perceived as an unhealthy and politically influenced work culture. From my time there, I felt that professionalism, transparency, and structured leadership were lacking. Employee contributions were not consistently recognized, and opportunities for meaningful growth and skill development seemed limited. The work environment often felt discouraging rather than motivating, with internal dynamics that created unnecessary stress and reduced morale. Communication from management was not always clear or supportive, and constructive feedback mechanisms appeared weak. At times, the atmosphere felt more competitive in an unhealthy way rather than collaborative, which made it difficult to build trust within teams. While there were a few senior members who were genuinely supportive and professional, the overall culture did not reflect a strong focus on employee well-being or long-term development. The company’s product and business idea show potential; however, without serious improvements in leadership approach, workplace respect, employee engagement, and internal communication, it may struggle to retain talent and build a sustainable, positive reputation. I believe that fostering a respectful, transparent, and growth-oriented environment would significantly improve both employee satisfaction and overall organizational success.
