      I just have 5 points - unprofessional CEO and Director - No career growth - System monitored with screenshot every 10 mins using " Hubstaff " - No PF and be ready for LOP for no silly reason - be ready to work extra hours with no appreciation and respect DONT SPOIL YOUR CAREER JOINING THIS DUMB PLACE

      Avantages

      I worked at All Time Design as a Senior Graphic Designer, and it was by far the worst career experience of my life.

      Inconvénients

      They treat employees like slaves, not professionals. No respect for creativity, no work-life balance, and constant pressure. The culture is toxic and exploitative—employees are treated as replaceable machines rather than human beings.
