      there is very good recognition for turnaround but less for other practices. depends what one wants to do in life..

      Inconvénients

      limited training, working in distressed situations brings in a lot of pressure and strict timing

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Inconvénients

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
