Avantages
Passionate employees, exciting and well known product.
Inconvénients
Employees compensate for management’s desire for many new initiatives with expectations of unrealistic timelines, budgets, and resources. Producing results, efficiencies, and improvements is mainly due to employee sweat equity or simply throwing bodies at an issue. Teams and employees are frequently in reaction mode due to poor infrastructure and leadership. Communication within and across functions is inadequate. Although focus on improving leadership appears to be in place there seems to be no willingness for eliminating individuals that do not improve. Upward movement within the organization is stymied by salaries and titles offered to attract new employees.
