      Avantages

      Learned a lot about communication, sales flow, and handling objections. Training Teacher is good

      Inconvénients

      Certain individuals in leadership/evaluation roles communicated in a very harsh and discouraging way. Feedback delivery sometimes felt demeaning rather than constructive. Professional communication and empathy toward candidates seemed inconsistent depending on the evaluator. The environment may feel mentally draining for people who are still developing and learning.

      You can learn while traching kids

      Inconvénients

      Very bad work environment. Micromanagement at its finest. There's a lot changes happen in very quick time. There's a lot workload beside of teaching, so many forms that you have to fill every week. You also got complained by larents of teacher. And imagine you only get paid 60k per hour !. With very low salary that never improves since I join, it's really not worth it. When you resign you also get ignored, the resign process is unclear. Everything is unclear. Think twice if you want to join this company. If you have better option please join other company. The communication is unclear.

      micromanaging, banyak pengambil keputusan, desicion beruba-ubah, pretend to be a tutor when you don't even have an IT knowledge..
