      Our aim is to make everyone in our company feel supported to do their best work. Though there aren't many details, this person was clearly not happy. It may have been that a larger corporate structure is what he/she would have thrived in. Algorithm is smaller privately-owned company of close-knit professionals that has less internal corporate protocol. It's not for everyone,

      Avantages

      Team support, no micro-managing, trust, good people, growing company that has an established history, niche markets, smart discussions, remote work, overall appreciation, acknowledgement of work-life balance, and there isn't competition for attention or getting assigned big projects.

      Inconvénients

      The cons are more about the type of person you are and what you want. If you like a more corporate structure, this isn't for you. You can't be anonymous or expect a structured environment, the way you can in a public company that has predictable laws governed by shareholders. Here you carve your path.
