      Lots of opportunities to try things and pursue interests Can make mistakes and not fear losing job Most positions have a diverse sense of responsibilities

      Inconvénients

      You will be on your own depending on what department you work-- poor management and little support Awful working culture--there is no comradery, most staff do not answer emails, presence of low work ethic

      Nice area/location; good support staff

      Inconvénients

      Inflexible leadership; lack of cultural competence within leadership; under resourced and lack of sincere empathy in supporting population.

      Avantages

      You get a lot of creative control over projects and its a great place to try and pilot new programs. The work this organization does for the community it serves is very rewarding.

      Inconvénients

      Staff turnover is very high because of the poor organizational culture. Communication and collaboration among departments is difficult.
