Work location seems to be a little far

I don't think there are any pros working with these guys. The only pro is you get a lot of tension and you might loose your weight soon because of these guys behaviour.

We are like family! is the line they will throw at you and get work done. The moment you resign you will become their enemy and they will make sure you regret every single second working with them. They take everything very personally and will not value your work at all but when it's time to scold you they will not hesitate for a moment as well. They will make mistakes and will put blame on you in such a way you will have no answer to that. They will come at you with a full proof plan to tell you how I made sure you will not fail and this is how you did and every single point will be just a negative only. No one does their work seriously except CTO - TBH, though it does not add a single plus point to what I said above.
