      Avantages

      Had a great boss that was the Engineering Development Manager that was an absolute genius. He is the person that you want to keep in touch with the rest of you life as a professional expert.

      Inconvénients

      The Engineering Development Manager had little empowerment as all micromanagement was done by the President of the company was out of touch and had a knack for putting the wrong people in charge at high level positions that took large salaries with no return or added value to the company. The net result is that his decisions crippled this start up company.
