      The management creates a toxic environment and HR mostly work towards saving organizations' face instead of supporting the employees Not diverse enough (LGBTQ, Women, Minorities, SC employees) A rigid hierarchical structure and no reverse feedback mechanism is not youth-friendly

      Avantages

      Only Saturday, Sunday off and more holidays than usual.

      Inconvénients

      Worst work culture. They provide same salary for a MBA graduate and a B.sc graduate, no value for the skill sets only do labour work riding scooty and go everywhere. Salary is much more lower than industry standards. Extensive travel through 3A ..45 hours, 75 hours as per the company rules. Just purchase karo, bill banao, quotation bhejo and all. Not worth it for a MBA graduate
