      At Advanced Systems, Inc., you are treated fairly, compensated well, and receive good benefits. A small company in business for over 25 years, it has a close knit feel. Management is responsive to concerns and you have direct access to HR and Admin. Pay is based on government contract rates.

      Inconvénients

      The work is contract based on government contracts and the government has downsized, insourced, switched tasks between contracts and in general made it difficult to move from project to project with the company.

      Advanced Systems, Inc. is focused on solutions that ready us for the future while protecting what we have as we face the impacts of climate change.

      Inconvénients

      As a small company, our resources are limited, so it's difficult to keep up with the rapid pace of inflation. This hurts when we try to implement timely measures to boost retention through increasing compensation while managing increasing costs.
