I was on my own most of the time, not supervised, and created the job myself because no one from the office ever came to meet me, look at my post, or even check in.

Inconvénients

Everything. I never met or even knew who my supervisor was, everyone you talk to at the main office gaslights you to get you off the phone, you are nothing more than a number to them. They would change my set schedule without notifying me. I was not able to access my paystubs until my last month there, I worked there for 1.5 years and asked to see my paystubs numerous times. I was always told they were setting it up. They require you to use your own phone for work, and you have to have at least 3 apps downloaded for the job. My last straw was when my paychecks just suddenly stopped getting deposited and I had to drive 100 miles to pick up my check twice. They promised to fix it, tell me what happened, and they would make sure it didn't happen again. It did, 3 more times, no communication from anyone about the problem unless I called or showed up, and they would just gaslight me and spew the same, "We're sorry, it won't happen again." You cannot trust this company, they will treat you terribly, and they will gaslight you the whole time you are working there.

Zero overtime, no opportunities for advancement, micromanagement, sketchy supervisors.

While overtime may be available in certain situations, our goal is to distribute assignments fairly while maintaining adequate coverage for our clients.
