      Below average pay and every penny is scrutinized unless you're part of the chosen few. Not great work-life balance unless you're a welder in the shop.

      Fair compensation, small town vibe, travel if you want it

      Inconvénients

      Strict management focused on getting results more than helping individuals grow, tight lid on competitive compensation, non-linear management (your boss's boss can and often tells you what to do)

      Most of the people that work in the shop are great and truely care for the company.

      New management and HR departments that expect everyone to do the work of 3 people and don't care what the cost is.
