      Avantages

      Management who listens to their teachers, a rigorous curriculum, freedom in teaching style, lack of bureaucracy/paperwork, nice colleagues, great kids, great school reputation, excellent healthcare coverage.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of space (working on it), slightly lower average teaching wages.

      Avantages

      The students and staff are very talented. During COVID safety was the number one concern and we were provided with all of the tech we needed to do a great job

      Inconvénients

      Not all of the students are advanced and the number of students who need remediation is increasing but there is not a lot of thought, planning or budget going into this population

      good co-workers, supportive environment, excellent vacation time

      Inconvénients

      low pay, frustration working with kids who don't care, dealing with pushy parents can be difficult.
