      Teething issues with communication and timely organization (scheduling and school year starts), not enough space as a large school.

      Management who listens to their teachers, a rigorous curriculum, freedom in teaching style, lack of bureaucracy/paperwork, nice colleagues, great kids, great school reputation, excellent healthcare coverage.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of space (working on it), slightly lower average teaching wages.

      low pay, frustration working with kids who don't care, dealing with pushy parents can be difficult.
