      You have access to very exclusive venture backed opportunities that HNW clients normally wouldn't be exposed to.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing is ever what it seems. Upper level management is inherently dishonest. And you are absolutely on your own when it comes to sourcing leads.

      Avantages

      partnered with some of the top VC firms and worked on some really interesting capital raises. Involved in numerous disruptive technologies

      Inconvénients

      the sr. management is potentially on the verge of criminal activity in regards to how they distribute information and advise their clients. Management is street smart, but clearly lack the ability to run a VC firm/investment bank or whatever it is they want to call themselves.
