      The majority of the team are good to get along with

      Inconvénients

      Expanding far too fast,they do not have the people in the right places to do the work Upper management have not enough experience for the work Some of the people lack professionalism Dysfunctional organisation People can be rude and abrupt No career progression whatsoever Focus on short term goals rather than the long term future No clear processes for any tasks

      Remote, they don’t bother you too mich

      Inconvénients

      When my contract was up with the 3rd party I was not told until after business hours and I was done. There was no warning
