      Avantages

      Honestly, nothing. No training, no helpful benefits, legal minimum vacation, CEO brags about the hundreds of millions he makes each quarter in the "socials", but they won't even buy you a drink. Also, he didn't bother to say hi to me or my partner when he walked out the door at the end of the night and we were the only ones there.

      Inconvénients

      Delayed payments. You'll be paid for your job months or years after the fact. A January commitment with a client won't get paid out until February of the FOLLOWING year. 13 months for doing your job.

      Avantages

      You own your time, other than that nothing right now.

      Inconvénients

      They consistently pay late and often do not pay for all the work completed during a given pay period. Recently, they have gone months without paying at all, and when payments are made, they amount to less than 30% of what is actually owed. Communication is extremely poor, if not nonexistent. Their call platform and billing system lack transparency, making it difficult to track work performed and payments received.
