      Avantages

      Managers do not bother you. No micromanaging, I had my own office and you were allowed to watch tv and play music while working.

      Inconvénients

      There are no windows in the office, the pay is not worth the ridiculous conversations you have to have with clients. Almost every caller has dementia or some form of mental illness so for the most part you couldn’t even complete your call correctly or up to company standards due to what they were expecting the client to understand, they simply could not. Lack of guidance whenever there were changes in stock or product. Overall a mentally draining place to work and it made me extremely miserable.

      Avantages

      ActivStyle is a great place to either start our or take the next step in your career. Working for a small company allows all employees to have input and the opportunity to make a big difference. This opportunity can look like a challenge, but for those who are wanting to make a positive difference in peoples lives and strive to succeed this is a challenge worth accepting.

      Inconvénients

      Those seeking to have a small role that is under-the-radar may not succeed in this company. Everyone is accountable for their job and plays and important role in the success of the company.

      Avantages

      I loved that I could work as much as I wanted.

      Inconvénients

      Boring job and was hard for me to do the same thing over and over again.
