A majority of the staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing and continue to sabotage client databases without being reprimanded. Many of the technicians take 3-5 support calls and then web surf, watch youtube, text on their phone or take 2 hour lunches without any concern. Upper management is extremely harsh and non-supportive towards their employees while rarely providing support or advice. Sales team like to make promises to clients about functionality that isn't there. The company does not have a sense of direction as to where the product is going. They provide patches and hot fixes for issues that arise but then cause 5 other modules to break down.
