      Friendly Environment, Good Training By directly exposed to code,Helping Seniors, no need to make attendence or come on time need to just finish the work on time ,can sleep in office if needed.

      Inconvénients

      No salary increment, if any project fails then senior management got frustrated and frustration outcomes on junior employees, management is weak,infrastructure is bad
