Avantages
The biggest pro is the people. Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about each other's wellbeing. WLB is protected and respected across teams. The executive leadership team actually listens and implements changes based on feedback. The benefits are some of the best I've ever had: WFH stipend, unlimited PTO (and no guilt trips for using it! they encourage you to take PTO), Wellness budget, and 2 company shut downs (1 week each). AP is different from other agencies in the best way because they are not afraid to push back respectfully on client requests. They protect the bandwidth of team members and do not encourage a grind/toxic work culture.
Inconvénients
Internal promotions can be slow- there has to be a business need. Leadership does a really good job of advocating for employees and sharing appreciation.
