Avantages
The remote working offers alot of flexibility and as its a start up I've found the work load very manageable currently The team have all been really nice and this is really important when working remotely as you need to build relationships virtually only There are a lot of company/department wide calls which helps ensure some visibility over what's being done on a wider sense at the company.
Inconvénients
As you're working remotely you need to have a good understanding of the role you're going into as you work more independently than other roles - However saying that my team have all been very friendly and I have felt able to come to them for any questions!
