Avantages
The people are what makes this company for the most part. 90% of the people I worked with were considerate, kind and great to work with. The other 10% talked down to you and felt they were better than you.
Inconvénients
Now that I am removed from it, I see how bad the work life balance truly was. Working remote seems like a dream until you’re pulling 12-14 hours a day at your computer and working late at night and on weekends with no consideration to work life balance from leadership or no appreciation. There were those on the leadership team who definitely tried but were quickly shut down.
