      Avantages

      Decent pay, good training, fellow tutors are nice, flexible schedule

      Inconvénients

      Overly complicated system to find information; got the feeling that full-time staff who weren't in the top tier were not as respected as they could be. A lot of competent people left during my last year there.

      Everyone is great. I love the people that work in this company

      Inconvénients

      Those same people have been forced to work within a crazy bureaucracy where very little change happens
