You’re encouraged to make decisions and not made to feel afraid to make mistakes, because the company recognises that mistakes fuel learning, and learning fuels growth.
Inconvénients
Nothing out of the ordinary that I haven’t experienced at other companies. No major red flags. There is a genuine effort to gather feedback in order to improve.
