      Avantages

      Nice colleagues, nice vibe within the company. Salary is okay, benefits are nice. Company is growing and successful, really nice to have this impact on worldwide technology. Lots of opportunities for growth in career.

      Inconvénients

      Really technology driven. It is not easy to become accepted and valued without a proper engineering background (on education but also former employers). It took me 1.5 years before I reached that point, but if you survive those 1.5 years, it is a great company to work for!

      Avantages

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Inconvénients

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
