Access to knowledge databases were also available in order to understand the new technologies. Benefits included medical and dental insurance with various coverage. Annual profit sharing was a plus. Long and short term disability insurance were also available in the benefits plan.
Inconvénients
Office politics with management was chaotic. Unrealistic goals for achievement made it difficult to accomplish. Favoritism played a large role with management causing an unfavorable work environment. Personnel hired as managers lacked defining leadership qualities. ASML is a good company but the ASML office in Hillsboro Oregon lost sight creating a coordinate direction.
