Inconvénients
As a section leader looking after 3 areas of a fresh department even though other stores have 2 maybe more section leaders on a department. Managers and above expect far to much from you as you are on a pound n hour extra than a normal colleague on contact 6. Colleagues tend to moan a lot even when on a low contract in my store anyway. Flexibility is awful so section leaders expected to cover any shifts and sickness them selves if others will not help you out. I have some fantastic colleagues and some others well let's just say they are " me , me , me" if become common place for me to do 12 or more hours a day because colleagues will not help out.
