      What stands out the most is the leadership. Darryl is an exceptional boss who truly cares for the team. They provide clear guidance, support professional growth, and are always open to new ideas. It's refreshing to have a leader who listens and values employee input.

      Continuous support from HR and surrounding supervisors. Ardent is growing.

      I would like continuous training from the company, support for CPR/AED/First Aid by company , would like opportunities to move up
