Pays salary and below average benefits. As soon as I can find another job which I am actively seeking, I will leave.
Inconvénients
Company is imploding. Everyone is worried about being laid off. Seems like every week we lose more people to layoffs or best talent is taking jobs with competitors or other companies instead of waiting to be cut. Company did not pay any bonuses, award stock options, etc.. Aware that on numerous occasions, APR will also not abide by any terms in employment agreements.. Shady and illegal accounting practices that will eventually catch up. Hypocrisy of founders and inner circle is amazing. i.e. claim under new cost cutting that everyone is to fly economy class, but then founder-CEO flies first class and founder-Chairman has company pay for private jet. This while company is in a serious financial mess and stock at all time low. Founders already cashed out and don't care about the company. In sum, stay far away from APR Energy.
