      It acts as a best flatform for freshers, as a fresher you can learn many things here. You are safe only if you leave the company when you think it's the right time. Because you won't regret it.

      Inconvénients

      The employees will have slower growth and bond is the main concern here. Notice period is never ending(three months)

      I got a paycheck on the proposed dates.

      Inconvénients

      No benefits, terrible relationship between India personnel and American customers, lack of understanding of personal information, no PTO or benefits offered, and terrible communication.

      If having salary credited every month is a positive, then that's all about it

      - Management lacks vision - No clear definition of need - Pointless stringent rules - Emotionally challenged people lead teams, and take equally inefficient decisions - Practically anybody will be recruited - goes to show there is no quality in hiring process; the same goes for appraisal too - Very few career opportunities - Lusty top-management, with no point to escalate matters to
