      Avantages

      Good work, lots of potential to learn and expand on your skills.

      Inconvénients

      They paid me for only 2 of the jobs I did. Gave me the run-around about payment for the rest of the jobs, still haven't been paid for about $2000 worth of work.

      Avantages

      Work hours around my schedule, time off when needed, great ongoing training.

      Inconvénients

      Lots to learn but it all clicks after a week or so.

      Avantages

      I got to work independently and travel around my area.

      Inconvénients

      Multiple companies involved. I worked for 4 weeks and never got paid. I kept being told the check is in the mail (LITTERALLY!) I was contracted to work within a 60 mile radius and was dispatched 105 miles when it was forecasted to snow, I declined the dispatch. I was expected to be available 24/7 and accept a dispatch whenever it came in.
