Poor Management and company culture.
The management is in denial with regards to the workload imposed upon employees.
Compensation does not follow increased workload.
Upper management does not know what it takes to get tasks completed…they are not tuned in…. poor communication. They struggle to retain employees.
Production / shipping product to satisfy monthly revenue goals is paramount to anything else.
The H.R. department is useless for production employees…they are just an extension of the management.
