Avantages
Good training in PM practices and techniques.
Inconvénients
Don't count on stability. No matter how much seniority you have, if the contract ends, you're out the door unless there's another contract coming up right away. The company pinches pennies, has no real sales staff to drive growth, and micromanages. "Consultants" are billed by the hour and mostly treated like temp staff. Ownership still living in the 20th century and ignorant of modern technology in PM tools until a client requests or demands use of them.
