Avantages
- The pay is the main reason people go for a job at Aldi & its the main reason I have stayed. - If you have a good team (which I do) it makes the day at work so much easier! - You are never bored, there is constantly something to do, if you cant find anything your not doing the job properly. - Stores are small so easy to navigate and get used too.
Inconvénients
- Shifts are very mix & match one day I could do 12-7 and the next day 6-4 - Hours are very varied I could get 25 one week and 30 another - Hours are sometimes long and can be very tiring - YOU WILL WORK LOTS OF WEEKENDS - Management think there way better than you and can be quite rude. - Tills are dated (have to work out change & type in codes for produce) however do not worry, you will eventually get used to doing it! - always check your pay slip, sometimes your hours get cut without you knowing.
