Avantages

They have great pay and benefits, there is no doubt about that.

Inconvénients

It all seems to good to be true, a company that is willingto pay 80k right out of college for an executive position and has great benefits. Well guess what, it is. I still have nightmares about working here. The reason they go after college students and lure them in with such high pay is because they knowthat noone in their right mind who actually has executive experience would put up with the kind of treatment they subject you to. To summarize: Management is cruel and cold, and they will try to teach you to be that way as well. They run too high of productivities, making it physically impossible to do the job correctly. Its only a matter of time before you slip up on something, becasue there are only so many hours in the day. You don't have a sense of job security, you are never "off" as you will get calls all day, night and on the weekends. I worked 70+ hours a week, my peers and I where always worried about losing our jobs over circumstances that were out of our control, and overall the job is just miserable. In the 2 years I worked with Aldi, I saw 7 hardworking District Managers be fired, and over 10+ resign. Take my advice; don't work here. Don't give your 20's to this company. There is little upward movement anyway; find an entry level job you love with good upward movement and you'll most likely make just as much within 3-4 years, plus, you wont be miserable.
