Be prepared for your supervisor to contact you on the weekend or while you are on PTO asking you to do work. - Nearly no opportunities to advance or be promoted, causing a high turnover rate as people leave for positions outside the organization. - No room for new and innovative ideas or even your own personal opinions - you must follow the party line or risk being fired. - Too hierarchal - anyone of a lower rank is treated as if they are worthless and replaceable.
